  We have been to this location 3 times,and each time was bad. Tonight we went because we got a card for Christmas. When we got there the guy tried to seat us at a nasty table. I pointed out the crumbs and dirt on it so he offered the next table that rocked more than a rocking chair and was also nasty, final table had a tilt to it and a ton of coasters under one table leg. Waitress came she took our order, and never once brought bread. We had to ask for it after we had already gotten our food, then my husband ordered a medium well steak, he got medium rare, his steak was bleeding into his plate. Manager told him it was medium, and said he ordered medium. I corrected him that my husband always orders medium well, which may have a slight bit of pink and clear juices not a plate full of blood. He did eventually remove the steak that my husband did not even touch after cutting it from our bill, and that was all. We will never go back to this location.

  Good food have been here twice and not had the issues others had. I have been here in day time only when less busy but have been treated nicely and my 7 year old likes the food. Just wish I could take home all the bread it's so yummy!

  Ordered Cowboy Ribeye Steak medium - medium well...my steak was well done.
  When they brought me a new steak...it took doo long...I had to get it to go.

  I've been to a few different Longhorn's and I can honestly say this one did not meet my expectations. I hated our table, it was right next to the kitchen, the door was open and it was noisy and an eye soar. Our waiter kinda avoided our table and when he did come around he forgot most of what we asked for. The appetizers and bread took so long to get to the table, so I filled up on drinks. I ordered the artichoke dip and the plate was hot but the dip was cold, so I sent it back. The rest of the food I did not touch so I can't comment on it. For the price I paid, I wouldve liked to be better attended to. Better Luck Next Time.
