  I'm a regular and the staff is always helpful and everything is nicely stocked. Go for buy one get one free sales as much as possible to save.

  I do most of my shopping at this Publix. I enjoy their assortment of seafood. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I think the best thing about this store is their customer service. The men and women in the seafood department do an exceptional job!

  This past time I called the bakery, and the lady who answered had a very abrasive tone with me and was not very helpful. I asked her if they had any red velvet cakes left, and she put me on hold for a while, to which it rang back to the bakery and she went on to tell me that they did not have any, which is fine. I then asked her if they had any red velvet cupcakes left and she basically told me I wasn't making any sense. By this point she had already put me on hold a couple of times. She asked me when I would need the cake, and I said by tonight, and she put me on hold AGAIN for the 3rd time, and I didn't really have time to sit on the phone any longer, so I just gave up. this Publix really needs to step their game up.
